Before building ServeSwift, I spent years working closely with nearly 200 small service businesses (freelancers, agencies, consultants, and contractors), helping them get their operations under control. The story was the same almost every time: a CRM that didn't talk to their project management tool, proposals built from scratch in a Google Doc, contracts emailed as PDFs, and client communication scattered across three different inboxes.

I built custom automations to connect everything together for dozens of these businesses. Zapier flows, API integrations, templated documents stitched to spreadsheets. It worked, but it was expensive, fragile, and had to be rebuilt from scratch for each new client.

ServeSwift is the off-the-shelf version of everything I kept building by hand. A CRM with email sync already connected, AI that turns a sales call into a quote in under a minute, and contracts that generate and close without leaving the platform.
